GRRRRRLS

Turning thirteen - everything changed. We got teenage, we got problems, we got loved, and then we got loved again by someone else. We got to know things about things that you’ll never know, because we’re teenage girls and that’s not something just anyone can say. Because it’s only us that can be teenage girls, and only us that know what that means.

Concerned with what female solidarity can mean for a group of teenage girls today, Ásrún searches for answers among a crew of real-life dancing teenage girls. What does it mean for these girls to speak as one, what should they say?

What does it mean for them to stand together, how should they stand? What does it mean for them to be together, to back one another up, to be all for one and one for all? Dancing through all these question and some more, GRRRRLS looks to provide some answers.
